Climbing up there is an absolute must. Grandiose view!

You'll have to climb 150 wooden steps to reach the observation tower on the Lindchen, which offers a fantastic 360° view far across the Bergisches Land, all the way to the Siebengebirge and Rothaargebirge mountains. Be careful in wet weather. The wooden steps can be as slippery as soap. At the foot of the tower, the Fuchs & Igel forest restaurant invites you to dine.

It's 8°C in the stalactite cave, so it's a pleasant way to cool off. A great guided tour takes you through a 5-million-year-old cave adventure. (My photos) Then there's a beautiful wildlife park. It'll be a lovely day out.
