https://www.deutsches-museum.de/flugwerft-schleissheim If you have been to the Deutsches Museum or the Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum before, you will be a little disappointed. Quite far outside of Munich and for €9, there is much more to see and use at the Verkehrszentrum, especially for children.

I can only warmly recommend a trip to the Flugwerft Schleißheim. You can learn a lot about the history of aviation, combined with the history of radio communication in aviation, as well as maritime aviation (SAR). Of course, there are also uniquely beautiful exhibits to admire, some of which can even be entered. The period from the first small steps of aviation (hang gliders) to the present day is depicted.

In honor of Gerd Müller, his long-time club FC Bayern, together with the Kurt Landauer Foundation, unveiled a statue of their former top scorer on September 12, 2023. The foundation had secured funding through donations from FC Bayern fans and fan clubs. FC Bayern's honorary president, Uli Hoeneß, delivered the unveiling address to approximately 220 invited guests, including Gerd Müller's widow, Uschi Müller, and many former colleagues such as FC Bayern supervisory board member Karl-Heinz Rummenigge. ] Source: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerd-M%C3%BCller-Statue_(M%C3%BCnchen)
