Along a length of almost eleven kilometers, hikers can expect magnificent views of the Diemel Dam, the imposing barrier, and beyond, spectacular panoramic views of the hilly cultural landscape at the intersection of the Waldeck region and the Sauerland. Narrow, earthy forest paths and natural forest and meadow trails characterize the route, which continually offers surprises and beautiful panoramas.
