This is a relatively gentle multi-use trail; you could probably get by with a gravel bike, but it's definitely not made for skinny tires. Altogether the trail is about 27 miles one-way, and there are easily a half-dozen trail connectors to help you shape the perfect ride.

Nice little trail system managed by Highlands Ranch Community Association. The usage is only permitted for their members and accompanied guests.

The Waterin' Hole Loop Trail is one of a few trails on the property. There aren't a ton of hills, and there are lots of views since you spend the majority of your time on grassy singletrack trails out in the open. These trails are on Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) Backcountry Wilderness Area property and are subject to closure by the owners.

Eagle Point is a really cool viewpoint from some cliffs on the Wildcat Mountain Trail. The Wildcat Mountain Trail can be closed randomly during certain points of the year, so be respectful of private property and trail closures if this area isn't accessible.

The overlook at the top of the Rosie Rueter Trail makes all the steps of the "incline challenge" worth it. The majority of the trail is dirt double-track, but there is a section of stairs that is best done uphill/clockwise.
