The church in Bollewick dates back to the 14th century and is a rectangular brick building on a fieldstone foundation. After its destruction in the Thirty Years' War, it was rebuilt around 1682. The original tower fell victim to a fire in 1790; the current square west tower, with a granite base and slate-covered hood, was built in 1903. On the south side is a fieldstone vestibule with a Gothic pointed arch portal; the east wall features a group of three windows with a decorated gable. Inside, parts of the interior furnishings, such as the pulpit, baptismal angel, and gallery, from the reconstruction period have been preserved. Particularly valuable is the carved three-figure shrine from 1522, a rare work of art from Brandenburg's Late Gothic period. The church is surrounded by a cemetery.
