Outdoor swimming better than any indoor pool: large lake with sandy beach, food and beverage vendors, life guards, restrooms, showers, drinking water fountains. Great for a civilized break and refreshing dip. The water is calm, though it can look a bit murky compared to neighboring Santa Rosa Creek Reservoir.
