Beautiful lake, good for a short break

In 2023 and 2024 I interrupted my long bike rides here several times for a few swims. Very clear, beautiful water. You can no longer stand at the end of the jetty. Clean water and the bottom is firm and sandy, small climbing plants and no water lilies. One of the most beautiful lakes in the area, I think.

After the road the path becomes a bit narrow through a piece of forest. later across a field and again in the forest it runs in two lanes.

With so many lakes, there can sometimes be a “mountain lake”. It made me curious and attracted me. Very beautiful sight, great view of the lake and crystal clear water. It's worth it!

Great bathing spot. The path around the lake is a bit bumpy for the first 1-2 kilometers - but it is still very beautiful and easy to ride on all wheels.

The lake is called a mountain lake, so it doesn't have to be mountains. Since the landscape was generally shaped by the Ice Age, it is generally very hilly. The main thing is nice, clear water. More information: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bergsee_(Mecklenburg)
