In the immediate vicinity is the Mühlenbach stream on the Mühlenweg. You can reach the watermill by turning off at An'n Muhlendick and then immediately left again onto the path Am Wald. From there you have great views of the side and rear of the mill. Very beautiful to look at, interesting and recommendable. The Fredenbeck watermill is part of the Lower Saxony Mill Road. The mill was probably built in 1809 and is a listed building with a grain and oil mill. Today the building serves as a residential house and museum, where art exhibitions are regularly held. Visitors can view the functional millstones or explore the trout farming in the surrounding waters. Another bike tour led me to this beautiful historical place.
