gently rolling hills, not too busy (but don’t ride too close to the edge unless you like close passes), good asphalt

gently rolling hills, not hugely busy but busy enough that you’ll have cars passing you too close (esp with oncoming traffic, and the road isn’t even wide enough to have a centre stripe marked) if you don’t ride assertively far enough from the edge, not much in terms of scenery (the other side of the lake is better), asphalt mostly okay with some cracks

Open in summer Mon–Fri 12–6 PM. The ice creams are delicious, and in my opinion, the large ice cream portion was very cheap – only €6. The service is friendly, and you could probably chat about all sorts of things for a long time, but the ice cream would melt :) It’s a good idea to check the opening hours at www.jaatelotehdas.fi.

It’s a smooth bridge with wide open views of the lake as you cross. Despite the traffic, it feels relaxed and efficient, enjoy the scenery.
