This restaurant, housed in a cubic steel and glass structure on a pier in the old port, is particularly worth a visit for its sea views. It's also a great place for breakfast or brunch: French toast, scrambled eggs, croque-madame, poached egg with avocado... The rest of the menu is very international: sushi and Japanese specialties, bao buns, pasta and Italian dishes, etc.

The Kouris River rises in the central part of the Troodos Mountains at an altitude of approximately 1,700 meters. Cyprus' largest dam, with a capacity of 115,000,000 m³, was completed in 1989 at Alassa. It is 110 meters high. The artificial lake created by the dam covers an area of 3.5 km² and is fed primarily by the waters of the Kouris River and its tributaries, the Krios and Limnatis, as well as by part of the waters of the Diarizos River. Some buildings in the neighboring village of Alassa are submerged in the waters of the dam, including the old parish church, dedicated to Agios Nikolaos. Currently, in March 2025, the water level is so low that the ruins of the old church are submerged well above the shore.

The candy-pink church is a striking color, making the Greek church stand out. Russian and Romanian services are also held several times a month.
