A beautiful, very easy singletrack with 2 bridges, always along the Oker. Hikers are present here.

Nice path, especially in spring there are liverworts, snowdrops and primroses here.

We were there in March and came from the industrial park in Salzgitter-Bad. We had to carry our bikes across the first stream, which was a real challenge with an e-bike. Then it was a steep climb to reach the fantastic trail. The trail is fun. It's not very busy overall, and there was some wood lying on the trail from the winter, but that wasn't a problem. We also had to carry a few fallen trees. A beautiful, natural trail.
