The Leopoldine Temple stands in the eastern part of the Esterházy Palace park. Prince Nikolaus II Esterházy had the temple erected in honor of his only daughter, Princess Leopoldine Esterházy. It was completed between 1818 and 1824. The structure was built as a Greek circular temple with a flat dome, surrounded by 19 Egyptian-style columns with palmette capitals. Inside, there is a beautiful painted coffered ceiling. In the center stands a copy of the famous statue of Princess Leopoldine, created by the Italian sculptor Antonio Canova.

The Franz Liszt Monument on Esterházyplatz was erected in 1936 for the 125th birthday of the great composer from Burgenland. The white marble work depicts Liszt as a seated virtuoso and is by A. Járay. The monument commemorates Liszt's close connection to the Burgenland music scene and his roots as a son of Burgenland. The inscription on the pedestal honors him as a great son of Burgenland and refers to his homeland.
