Rudyâs Flower Garden is a small, peaceful spot tucked into a public park beside a little river. Itâs only about the size of a backyard, but itâs filled with colorful flowers that Rudy created, a local lovely lady. There are grassy spots, sun and shade under the trees, and it stays surprisingly quiet even on weekends. Itâs a lovely place to pause, sit by the water, and even dip your feet in the river while enjoying the view of the flowers.

Milne Dam spans the Rouge River near the southern edge of Markham, originally built in the 1800s to power a gristmill operated by the Milne family. This is referred to here as a hill. Were maybe 30 m difference in height and therefore, someone told me, the path had to be laid out in "serpentines". I found that very funny. But the Finch Corridor is really worth a bike ride. Always under high-voltage pylons, occasionally interrupted by a small detour or a road, it is really a very long park with everything that CA Sport has to offer. Dozens of soccer fields one after the other, public tennis courts (and they were great), football and baseball fields, lots of playgrounds, etc. And of course a great bike path

This is Rudy's flower garden. Set on a small slope in a public park of maybe 30 x 50 m. On a small river with grassy areas, sun and shade under trees, very quiet (even at weekends). Rudy is 97 years old and takes care of this sea of flowers (with support). It's just great and a rest here is really nice! You could even sit on the banks of the little river and dip your feet in it.
