Started in Downtown Windsor, easy free parking. Amazing ride, easy terrain with very slight elevation changes. Simple navigation with the Komoot app and Northern Colorado maps. No disappointments!! We even enjoyed lunch on Main Street after the ride.

Frank Sate Natural Area boasts several serene ponds and is an excellent spot for birdwatching. This picturesque section of the trail is beautiful year-round, offering a peaceful ride with trails winding through trees. It's usually very quiet with few visitors.

Fort Lupton is a small town along the banks of the South Platte River. The town sits at 4,908 feet in elevation and is home to the Vintage Flying Aero Museum, South Platte Valley Historic Park, Coyote Creek Golf Course, and numerous commercial businesses.
