Amish buggy are offering tourist rides in town. Vintage cars used to attract a lot of people. The collection of Hudson-produced vehicles owned by Eldon Hostetler was located in the Shipshewana town center, across from the auction grounds. Unfortunately after mister and miss Hostetler passed away, the town of Shipshewana decided to close the museum in January 2018. The collection was sold at auction on August 4, 2018. The town also has a working bison ranch and a beautiful environment with lakes and meadows.
