Very easy to do with an E-bike, you only have to do a very small part of a large track... provide drinks because only in Hondon de las Nieves do you have terraces and dining options, we also had our dog with us in the dog cart 🐾

Access to the sanctuary of the Castillo de la Mola in Novelda Alicante

José Sala Sala, the architect of the Sanctuary, was clearly inspired by Antoni Gaudí's world-famous masterpiece. Construction, in the style of the Sagrada Familia, began in 1918 but required three phases, so it wasn't completed until 1946. A unique example of Catalan Modernism in the heart of the countryside. The Sanctuary, in the style of Gaudí's Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, was built in 1918 and completed in 1946. Several manageable routes are available for mountain biking, and some are even entirely rideable. During the ascent, you can already see your destination in the distance: the Sanctuary perched atop the hill. Easily accessible, and the effort is well worth it. A truly magnificent highlight, highly recommended!

It can be reached perfectly with any type of bike, but there is a good hill to climb

It is a fabulous work of art by Gaudí on top of La Mola hill in the middle of the countryside. It is worth visiting and taking a breath on one of the benches around this temple contemplating the views of the valley. Right next to the sanctuary is a restaurant and an Almohad-style castle.

The materials from this quarry in Los Algezares are about 250 million years old. This type of clay has a high iron content, hence its characteristic bright red color.
