The Centelles streams are short, but with a considerable gradient, which gives rise to these beautiful waterfalls and pools. In 2008, work began to restore the Centelles area and its tributaries of the Congost River. The area includes restoring paths, replanting native trees, and cleaning up illegal dumps. Thus, restoring all of Centelles' natural beauty.

The Aiguafreda de Dalt complex is the center of an old rural parish that was built on the site of a high medieval village. The oldest vestiges located so far are located in the cave-crypt, which has been identified as a necropolis of the 6th and 7th centuries. In the 18th century a common was built at one end of the moat, which was replaced at the beginning of the 20th century by a small cemetery located a hundred meters to the north. During the second half of the 20th century, several surveys were carried out where the Romanesque vestiges of the temple were uncovered, as well as the bodies that covered it externally were demolished.

The lock and the water of the Martinet creek are located on the gorge of the lock. It is an engineering work that allows water to be diverted from the stream to a canal, which runs parallel to the river on the south side. The lock was made up of a stone wall perpendicular to the river, which is very damaged and the water is pouring into it, forming the waterfall of the gorge. The rec is made of dry stone, with a ceramic half point arched opening at the beginning. A few meters below, the rec has been mutilated.
