I have done this route several times and I believe that anyone who has a minimum of physical preparation can do it, taking into account that the greenways were railway routes and the trains never went on slopes, specifically the greenway in the mountains, between Puerto Serrano - Olvera, has a little more than 2% positive slope, you do have to have good light, there are quite long tunnels that you can't see anything.
