It is one of the most unique attractions of the region and of the Utiel-Requena Wine Route and, in addition, it has been the seat of the Denomination of Origin Regulatory Council since 1986. This complex is made up of two buildings : one circular and one rectangular in plan, which were cellars during the 19th and 20th centuries, respectively. Both constructions have been meticulously restored, so that they kept all the charm of the original building.

This is the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Remedies, the patron saint of Utiel. Its construction dates back to the 16th century, and it is said that work is still underway today.
