It's a weather vane, it orients itself in the direction of the wind. In summer in Zahara, if the west wind blows and it's early in the morning, it's better to go towards Barbate or El Almarchal. If you go towards the Sierra de la Plata, it's very humid and sometimes the mist doesn't even let you see well. With the east wind, the mountains are much better, but early due to the heat. For afternoon outings, the same but in reverse.
