Unfortunately, access to the viewing platform is blocked, so no view from a height of 25 m can be enjoyed. However, there is a smaller wooden platform at the foot of the tower, from which there is also a beautiful view. Additionally, there is a lot of good, well-prepared information on the formation and processing of bog iron ore. It is worth it.

Without a sign, you wouldn't notice that you're walking into another country... It's nice how easy this can be these days.

This station is one of the stations on the Marschbahn, which connects Hamburg with Sylt. Niebüll is a place from which many commuters travel to Sylt every day. The station has the following, among other things: - Forecourt with benches, taxi rank & tourist information - Bus connections - Lounge - DB counter - Newspaper kiosk with integrated café - 2 public, fee-paying toilets The car train also commutes from Niebüll to Sylt-Westerland several times an hour, as the island cannot be reached by road, but only by a railway embankment.

Aha, a regular train station as a highlight... wow Thank you for this great highlight. I didn't realize that I should set every train station as a highlight - as an enrichment for the community. Why should you set a regular train station as a highlight on your bike tour in North Friesland or in Niebüll itself? I can also set the train station in Gelsenkirchen as a hub. A highlight is a high point on a bike tour. Niebüll train station is definitely not one of them.
