Very nice "Burehof-Beizli" to linger. For bikes there are extra parking spaces, even charging facilities for e-bikes are available as well as simple bike tools are ready. Culinary there is always something fine to snack on, and the drink selection is also large. Seating is available (under cover as well as outside). The "Beizli" is maintained with love, thank you very much for that.

A historic castle mill from the 14th century is located right next to the "Hallwyl" castle. The mill is now a museum where guided tours are also held. There are plenty of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity (castle parking lot).

Since 2015 the castle has been closed, so it cannot be visited. It belongs to the Schloss Hilfikon foundation, which also rents out the castle for various events.

The old mill with its large water wheel is often overlooked. It's also a beautiful place to stop.
