Brand new road from Speloncato up here. Runs. And huge parking lot as a starting point for tours. Unfortunately, the A Merendella restaurant was closed in the afternoon in June.

Was there in June 2022 and the road on the north side is now a pothole. Lots of sand and gravel, especially in the curves, made the descent a very unpleasant experience. Nevertheless, the view of the sea is sensational. It helps to plan the route so that you go uphill on the north side and then down on the south side.

Not only because of the magnificent view of the Balagne, but also because of the many small things along the way.

Deserted and hot road in summer (be careful not to leave too late). The quality of the bitumen is quite relative (be careful when going downhill) but the landscapes are beautiful!
