The estate in its current form was established in the early 19th century. The place was first mentioned in documents in 1249 and partially burned down in 1882. The estate belongs to Gut Travenhorst. The manor house is magnificent. The estate is characterized by horse breeding (cold-blooded horses), the horses are used in forestry. I didn't dare to go far up into the yard, although no signs prohibited access. https://www.gutkamp.de/dienstleistungen-forst/

I passed through there two years ago on my "Timmd-Uetersen-a02" tour. The tour is part of the return trip from the cycling trip to Plön, which several people took with me.
