The small lake isn't for swimming. But it's worth taking a break, letting the kids romp around on the playground, and stretching your legs on the circular trail. The grounds are well maintained. There's plenty of parking. And there's a water station.

This section is very shady. You also pass a swamp and a place that's not easy to describe. See photo similar to "Stonehenge." Much more interesting, however, is the fact that when I once pointed my small binoculars at the water near a bridge to look for fish, a crayfish suddenly crept into view. It took my breath away. I'd never seen anything like it in nature before. The path isn't really in a nature reserve. You just have to be patient at a deeper point in the river. I probably wouldn't have been able to see it without the binoculars. That's what happened to me. Please use this information responsibly.
