Each of these crosses encountered by hikers in villages or fields is a symbol of remembrance of the crucifixion, but also of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. "With us on earth, there is His memory, but in the Kingdom of Heaven is His presence: This presence is the joy of those who have already attained salvation. The memory is our consolation, as we are still wanderers, journeying toward our homeland." (Bernard of Clairvaux)

Very enduro-heavy (cool) natural, stones & roots including starting tower at the start (very cool). Green and blue were enough for me. From black, an integral helmet and protectors are mandatory. Very friendly and very nice bike community.

Les Sauvages, an area of 80 hectares classified Natura 200 in 2015. Having passed there for years, the old mill on the dike on the left and the swans on the pond invite you to continue. Going up some views of the castle, where a sign asks you to keep your dog on a leash, thank you for respecting. To the right of the house a second pond faces. just a little further, you will have the opportunity to observe various developments, including the outlets, weir and basin of the pond, as well as the tower and others if you take the time to observe. Further on, you will walk on the reserve where your route will take you wherever you want. La Tourbière des Dauges, Malessard, La Jonchère, Sauvagnac or nowhere, there are so many outlets. https://www.unilim.fr/asl/848&file=1 https://www.unilim.fr/asl/848%202

The fountain is very beautiful, in the foreground with its basin and its two stone basins with each of the notches to spillway. What I had overlooked the first time was the wash basin with the tilted stones. Street side and passage on the side and another post which seems private to the adjoining house. Think that the ancients had managed to reconcile the two, the fountain belonged to the village.

Rue de la Poste in La Jonchère-Saint Maurice. Its courtyard with its granite slabs and its fountain attract the eye. It is by slowing down the pace that we see the stones to be washed. Remarkably restored, it is well flowered, which must be seen again in the spring. https://www.lepopulaire.fr/jonchere-saint-maurice-87340/actualites/le-lavoir-du-queyroix-comme-autrefois_12095863

In rue Saint Léger, a stone's throw from the church, the Raby Fountain was built in the 13th century. She is one of the most beautiful I know. .anciensite.nature-patrimoine-montsdambazac.fr/_media/bv000001.lkdoc.histoire-1.pdf
