The canal flows south to north. Great cycle path alongside which is suitable for racing bikes as well as touring. Most comfortable at about 50-70 psi with a gravel bike although it’s 99% tarmac. Great for hiking of course but look out for cyclists

Located in the middle of the forest in the woods overlooking the town of Saint-Victor-sur-Ouche, you can find the ruins of the Château de Marigny. I didn't dare go beyond the gate of the castle enclosure because it is marked "private property".
