Basically there must have been a path on the left, after checking carefully there was none and the only way was to continue the path to the private property (you have to go through a gate then you join the road)

On the Crêt de l'Oeillon, at 1361 m altitude. Take the time to go around to reach the viewpoint towards the East, over the Rhône valley and the Alps.

The Dentillon cabin offers superb views of the Crêt de l'Oeillon and the Trois Dents peaks on the west side, and of the Rhône valley and the Alps on the east side. It is forbidden to spend the night there, specifies the Roisey town hall.

Very beautiful belvedere which offers a 180-degree panorama of the southern slope of Pilat. We can distinguish the valley, the Rhône, the Monts d'Ardèche or even the summits of the Vercors.
