From here, you have a truly magnificent view and can reward yourself with a light meal at the summit restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel at the summit is currently closed. (For about a year.) As of September 2025

A beautiful climb from July 1 to November 30. At the summit, at 1,330 meters, you'll enjoy views of the surrounding mountain ranges and the peaks of the Hohneck and the Grosser Belchen/Grand Ballon. Parking is available, for example, in Roedlesmatt, and from there, the climb is 570 meters.
