This superb park is much more than an urban playground. It is also a real little green lung located on the banks of the Moder. It offers very natural spaces with quiet paths and abundant vegetation or even a fitness trail. This park is a real immersion in nature.

Built between 1228 and 1235 and remodeled in the 16th century, this tower has an octagonal plan. It has been restored several times. The first level dates from the 13th century and has a structure made of bricks and sandstone blocks. The upper floors date from the 17th century. Its arch spanning the Moder was used to close off access to the riverside town using a portcullis system. Source: https://www.visithaguenau.alsace/
