Already forgotten by many or only known as decoration, the tree press is the most original way to process grapes. The tree press is the basis for excellent wines thanks to the natural and gentle processing of the grapes. The grapes are cold pressed and are 100% fresh and hand-picked. The gentle and slow pressing, with consistently low pressure, guarantees the highest wine quality. That's how it used to be done here!
