The Notre-Dame de l'Assomption church in Villeneuve-sur-Yonne is almost the size of a cathedral, which is surprising in a small town of five thousand inhabitants. The Saint-Gorgon-Saint-Dorothée church is a Catholic church of the Archdiocese of Sens located in Véron in the French department of Yonne, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.
