This superb so-called semi-rock church has three levels. These Romanesque frescoes and its troglodyte appearance give this 10th century religious building a special place. The place is more splendid.

A nice stretch to get you into Pamiers. An old, abandoned, railroad which you can follow straight into Pamiers. Not in such a good shape as the better know 'Voie Verte' but still a good ride.

We've had 2 trips to Amy & James' beautiful bnb in the heart of the southern French countryside, both times we've been blown away not only by their hospitality but also their local knowledge of the best riding places. If you're after a cycling getaway, whether road or gravel, this is the place to be.

There are some difficult steep sections and the attention should be constant on the "singles" but the rewards are numerous .// An incredible mix of single track and double track high up on a ridge line with amazing views of the high mountains and the pre-Pyrenees. There are some tough, steep sections and care is needed on the single track but the rewards are plentiful!
