Through an unlocked gate, we entered a very beautiful and well-kept park from the Marian Grotto. There we found this well-kept property, a terrace prepared for a reception or something similar, religious stadiums, mining memorabilia, and cozy places to linger. The significance of the place was unclear to us; we found no clues or information within the area, and the plaque at the gate accessible by car was less informative than desired. Internet research, taking my poor French into account, revealed that a politically right-wing organization is based here. Namely, the "FEDERATION PRO-EUROPA CRISTIANA." I hope for any relevant information! Thank you! Le Républicain Lorrain - Sept. 12, 2023: "The Clairière, the former residence of the directors of the Creutzwald mines, was built at the beginning of the last century and was rescued from obscurity by the FPEC in 2003 and transformed into a cultural center." https://federation-pro-europa-christiana.org: "Since 2002, European associations committed to defending Christian values in the social order have decided to join together in a European Federation to give structural form to the cooperation and international exchange they consider an integral part of their activity. This Federation aims to bring together, within the same community of thought and action, national associations or non-profit organizations whose goal is to defend the spiritual values that are the foundation of our common European civilization. The Federation's role is not to interfere in the internal organization and activities of the member associations, which retain their own designation and specificity, but rather to assist them in promoting common goals."
